Michael W. Gibbons -- President. Mr. Gibbons, the founder of Fairmont, has been a venture capitalist, private investor, hands-on operating manager, and entrepreneur for many years. He first started doing acquisitions and management buyouts in 1983. Earlier in his professional career, he was a management consultant.
Mr Gibbons' management, acquisition, and investment experiences cover a wide range of activities -- from commercial and investment banking to furniture retailing, automobile auctioning, restaurant services, department store retailing, plastic manufacturing, mail order apparel, and upholstery manufacturing. His consulting experiences have included consumer goods, coal mining, railroads, and public utilities. His operational experiences range from rapid growth to consolidations to turnarounds.
Mr. Gibbons holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA Magna Cum Laude in Economics from Harvard College.

R. Greenleaf -- Managing Director. Mr. Greenleaf has over
20 years of experience in acquisition and buyouts. He is involved in all
aspects of the firm's activities with a particular focus on transaction
sourcing, structuring, and financing activities. Mr. Greenleaf's
acquisition experiences range from privately held to publicly traded companies,
and have often involved complex corporate and tax structures.
Mr. Greenleaf was formerly a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and the Chairman of the Tax Department of the Los Angeles law office of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P.

J. Gill -- Managing Director. Since 1989 Mr. Gill has been the
financial operations lead in several acquisitions by Fairmont. He was
the acting Chief Financial Officer in both the turnaround of Expressions
Furniture, Inc., and the national roll-out of Krause's Furniture, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Gill was the Vice-President Controller at The John Breuner
Company, a retail subsidiary of BAT Industries, and held a variety of financial
positions with Weinstocks, a department store division of Carter Hawley Hale.
Mr. Gill holds an MBA in finance from Golden Gate University and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
